Angelina Ballerina Dance Academy classes are taught through a nationwide network of top quality dance studios. Your child will receive a quality dance education in a caring and fun environment, all based on the beloved Angelina Ballerina character.

Each month your child will learn new dance skills and steps based on a new Angelina Ballerina story book.

The Angelina Ballerina Dance Academy curriculum is designed by internationally renowned master teachers and child development experts. Your child will be inspired to pursue their dreams of dance, just like Angelina Ballerina!

Angelina Ballerina Summer Camp
This week long camp is designed to promote physical health, confidence, and creativity while teaching proper dance technique for ages 3 – 6.

Promoting reading and literacy, this complete camp curriculum focuses on reading and studying the book, "Angelina's Perfect Party". Also included are lessons in nutrition and creating a strong healthy body, educational activity sheets, and craft projects to create excitement among young dancers.

Summer Camp Dates:

August 7 - 10  9:30-12:00 Tuesday to Friday (half days for the full week) $72

August 20 - 24 1:30-4:00 Monday to Friday (half days for the full week)  $90

Rising Star Academy of Arts located in Winnipeg, Manitoba was established in September 2010 (previously operated as Rising Star Dance Academy 1998 – 2010)  and has been responsible for providing outstanding dance and theatre lessons ever since.

In September 2011, we embarked on our next adventure by opening our doors to the world of music.

We specialize in creating and educating dancers and musicians in technique and appreciation of the arts as well as encouraging personal/group responsibility, a healthy lifestyle and community involvement.

Rising Star Academy of Arts provides current and effective teaching methods through continuing educational experiences in provincial and national dance and music centres.  Each teacher is an accomplished dancer and/or musician; his/her combined experience, innovation and enthusiasm marks the teaching style at Rising Star.

All teachers and office staff have current criminal record/child abuse registry checks.

We offer multiple classes in all styles of dance, music and vocal instruction and will work to find the right fit for each student.
